The Ends, a restaurant inspired by the spirit of Anthony Bourdain’s food travels, invites guests to experience a restaurant about all the things we love most in life; friends, weekends, and traveling to the ends of earth.

We believe what you eat matters, and so does who’s serving it.

That’s why we cook with tallow instead of seed oils. Why every ingredient earns its place. Why the menu pulls from places we’ve actually been, meals we still think about, and cultures that know flavor isn’t something to be tamed.

This place was inspired by how Bourdain moved through the world. With appetite, respect, and no interest in shortcuts. We carry that into everything: the food, the space, and the way we treat people.
