Thank you for your interest in joining us for the inaugural Arizona Chef’s Week! We’re excited at the possibility of having you on board for this creative new event, and we want to emphasize that this experience is designed to give you more freedom and flexibility than our traditional Restaurant Week format. While we’re still asking restaurants to offer a three-course, prix fixe menu, the guidelines are intentionally more relaxed—we want you to do what works best for your kitchen and concept, as long as the menu represents a departure from your regular offerings and delivers something fresh, seasonal, and memorable.

Whether you choose to build a menu with multiple options per course or go with a curated set menu, we recommend offering at least two choices per course to appeal to a broader audience. This could mean featuring one inventive, seasonal dish and pairing it with a fan favorite or signature item to ensure both adventurous diners and first-timers feel excited to participate.

We also encourage you to consider including an alcoholic beverage as part of the experience. This could be a custom Arizona Chef’s Week cocktail (using one of our spirit sponsors—more details coming soon!), or a thoughtfully paired glass of wine or beer. It’s a small cost to the restaurant but adds significant value to the guest’s experience.
