Founded by brothers Luke and Jake Kory, Pistoleros Parrilla was born from the flavors and traditions of Nogales, Mexico. Luke grew up alongside Marco Garcia, and years later, after Marco became a chef, the two reunited with a shared goal: to bring Scottsdale a true taste of Sonoran cooking and the borderland spirit that shaped them.

Our kitchen is fueled by live wood-burning fire and rooted in generations of shared tradition. From mesquite-grilled meats to bold, honest ingredients, every dish reflects the soul of Northern Mexico
