Brasserie Melrose Presents: A Summer Evening in France

For Arizona Chef's Week 2026, Brasserie Melrose invites guests to enjoy an elegant three-course prix fixe inspired by the flavors and traditions of a French summer evening.

Begin with an Heirloom Tomato Tart featuring whipped chèvre, olive tapenade, and fresh herbs, followed by a refined surf-and-turf pairing of Filet Mignon & Crab Croquette served with saffron corn mousseline, snap peas, and herb beurre blanc. Finish the experience with a classic Vanilla Rum Canelé accompanied by house whipped cream and salted caramel.
