Opened in 1997 by Sheldon Knapp with the intent to create a comfortable meeting place for friends to enjoy delicious food at reasonable prices, Phoenix City Grille (PCG) quickly became a neighborhood favorite and continues to be a go-to for high-quality food, excellent customer service, a vibrant bar program and incredible experiences such as one-of-a-kind wine- and spirit-pairing dinners. PCG prides itself on sourcing locally grown and produced products as much as possible, working with the likes of Crow’s Dairy, Schreiners Sausage, Ramona Farms, Rhiba Farms, Mount Hope Spices, Mediterran Bakehouse, Mama Lola’s, Shamrock Foods and Passport Coffee.
