ZuZu is a neighborhood favorite and culinary destination all in one. It’s located inside the iconic Hotel Valley Ho. With a bar, lounge, dining room, patio, and a delightfully eclectic menu designed by renowned Executive Chef Russell LaCasce, this restaurant is ideal for any dining experience. The atmosphere is as fresh as the flavors. Brunch is served daily, and they have a Happy Hour menu available Monday through Thursday. Live music will also be available on the weekends during dinner service.

Executive Chef Russell LaCasce’s culinary career spans more than 20 years. He started as a dishwasher in Charleston, South Carolina, and quickly found a passion for cooking. He then spent time learning the service side of restaurants in Park City, Utah, before moving to Scottsdale in 2006. His professional training includes a Culinary Arts Degree from the Arizona Culinary Institute and 10 years working under some of the best chefs in Arizona, including Lee Hillson at Royal Palms Resort and Beau MacMillan at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain. He joined Hotel Valley Ho as executive chef in 2017 and has greatly evolved the cuisine at ZuZu to feature bold flavor combinations and inventive shared plates.
