Raised in Tucson, Arizona, Chef Dustin began his culinary journey at age 17 and later trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale. After gaining experience in top Arizona restaurants and attending Arizona State University, he refined his skills at a James Beard Award-winning restaurant in Portland, Oregon, where he developed a passion for local, seasonal ingredients.
Upon returning to Arizona, Dustin partnered with Joe Ieraci at The House Brasserie, blending modern American cuisine with French influences. Together, they create memorable dining experiences by sourcing from local farmers and desert foragers to highlight the unique flavors of Arizona.
