Chef Clinton Lomayma brings a vibrant new voice to Arizona’s culinary scene as Executive Chef of Cala Scottsdale, nestled within the boutique Senna House Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale. A founding team member since the restaurant’s launch in 2022, Lomayma has risen from Executive Sous Chef to lead the kitchen under the mentorship of Clive Collective’s Director of Culinary Operations, Beau MacMillan
